This integration allows users to seamlessly sync appointments, avoid scheduling conflicts, and manage bookings directly from their Outlook calendar.

By connecting Easy Appointments with Outlook, you not only streamline scheduling but also ensure that every appointment is automatically reflected in your calendar, making time management simpler, smarter, and more efficient.

In this tutorial, we will go through the step-by-step process of setting up Outlook.

  • Click on Easy Appointments and select the ‘Connect Beta’ option. You will be redirected to the Outlook setup page.
  • The Dashboard will look like this.
  • To obtain “Client ID“, “Client secret” and “Tenant ID” , You have to login on Azure platform.
  • Login into Azure and click on view.
  • Click on “Add” and select “App Registration” .
  • In the “Register an Application” window:
  • Enter a name for your app.
  • Under “Who can use this application or access this API?”, select:
Accounts in any organizational directory (Any Azure AD directory – Multitenant) and personal Microsoft accounts (e.g., Skype, Xbox).
  • In Redirect URI, choose “Web”.
  • Paste the Redirect URI provided in the Outlook Integration Settings of the plugin’s back-end.
