Bootstrap Shortcode w/ location not working

Hi there!
Using the Bootstrap shortcode cause an error upon submitting the form. While looking through it I notice that the location parameter is empty. I also tried using the pre-defined location shortcode [[ea_bootstrap location="1"]]. The error keeps showing that the slot is taken.
When I tried using the [[ea_standard]] no problem occurs.
Any ideas?

Hi Julias, I am not sure about that. Are there any errors inside Browser console? Looks like some JS issue between plugin and some other part of your's site.
